How come your Dr office never answers the phone calls instead of that man at the answering service. Why ? This Is ridiculous you don’t have a working phone number and be there for your patients that are from out of town. I can’t just drive all that way for a simple answer. So fustrated with you all
In early February I had my first appointment with Dr. Rahimi. I was told once my blood work results came back they would call me to schedule appointment.I waited for weeks for someone to call me , no one did. I called to schedule my appointment, the soonest available was four weeks out. Arrived at that appointment on March 31st to find a closed sign on the door. After waiting for almost a month, I finally saw the doctor. He was amazing. I really recommend him.
My husband had an appointment the beginning of March and it got canceled the day before because the Dr was on Vacation, then the appointment got pushed to March 31, 2025 we showed up and there was a closed sign at the door. No one called us to cancel or to let us know the Doctor won't be in. There was a random person at the door telling people there was no staff or Doctor. I do not recommend even waiting for the referral, not worth the wait. Now we have to find another Gastro. Very unethical of the Doctor and no staff!! Red ... read more
My colonoscopy procedure went very smoothly. Dr. Rahimi was incredibly kind and took the time to walk me through the entire process. Before the procedure, he ensured I was comfortable and at ease. He did an excellent job.
