I am extremely concerned about my experience with this practice. I scheduled an appointment for my son two weeks ago, and at no point was I informed that the practitioner was not accepting new patients. This oversight has resulted in two weeks of wasted time and unnecessary delays in finding a proper provider. The practitioner canceled the appointment just 9 hours before it was scheduled. Unprofessional. I set an appointment to see a psychiatrist with this practice and my appointment was cancelled because I didn’t fill out the intake paperwork in time. They only give you three hours from the time that you receive the email. They don’t seem to be interested in helping people.
