If I could give zero stars I would. What an absolutely terrible company. If you are seeking mental health support, this is not the provider for you. Steer clear. I have three children 5 and under and due to an unexpected family emergency, I had to cancel an appointment. I was charged $150 and the person I cancelled with did not advise me of this at all.
