After being prescribed my medication my Insurance changed and had to look for a new doctor. I went with this company since I used them for therepy as well. It will now cost me 300 dollars to get a refill prescribed. Doctors are not conscious of out if pocket cost to client and made an appointment that I don’t recall making since I was going to look for another company either way. You will be paying them to gaslight, objectify, and invalidate you. Condescending and lack true empathy. Take the exorbitant cancellation fees as a side too!

I met with NP Melissa Cardinal and felt extremely uncomfortable for our entire meeting. I asked a lot of questions and she seemed annoyed and gave short, presumptive responses. At one point, I told her I was seeing a therapist twice a week and her response was “clearly you have a lot of issues”, which is terrible bedside manner. The most frustrating part of the experience was that she made a mistake on my prescription and then they refused to correct it until I had seen her again.
