I have lived in a Helix property for the past 3 years and have been nothing but satisfied. The team is SO easy to work with, accommodating, quick to respond, and overall super nice. I never had a worry that my requests weren’t being fulfilled. Though I’ve moved, I’d recommend a Helix property to anyone looking for a space! They were amazing and I’ll miss it!!
In one month, I will be closing on my first home and though I’m excited, there is a part of me that is deeply saddened as it means I’ll be leaving SoHo lofts, my home of twelve years and Helix Realty, the most wonderful property managers that exist. I lived at the Nash Car Lofts property for one year and had a great experience with Helix! They're very responsive and I never had one complaint with the leasing office. Regular maintenance was communicated well in advance and both the move in and move out went very smoothly. I know so many people who have had less than ideal experiences with their property managers but I feel so lucky to have signed with Helix. Michelle and Kevin are both great and the apartments are very pet friendly. Highly recommend!
Management is wonderful, and the apartments are gorgeous. My partner and I have mostly rented in South Florida, and this experience is exponentially better than anything we experienced. We first moved in the Clark Loft building. The high ceilings, big windows, wooden cabinets, granite countertops… and it’s cheaper than other options we explored.
