I rented from Helix for three years, and they were, by FAR, the best rental company I’ve ever used! Amy, Kevin, and Michelle are kind, responsive, accommodating, flexible, and just genuinely good people who care about the neighborhoods where they rent. My apartment at the Clark School Lofts was my favorite apartment I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Where do I even start... This is and will be the best company to get an apartment from in stl! You will never have any problems with management "not answering" or aren't "personable." All maintenance requests are handled very quickly and they make sure you are okay during any abnormal weather situation. They are like family and after 5 years, I am sad to go! They will be missed! Clark School lofts are amazing if you need a sign, this is it! RENT FROM HELIX! 10/10 Recommend
I have lived in a Helix property for the past 3 years and have been nothing but satisfied. The team is SO easy to work with, accommodating, quick to respond, and overall super nice. I never had a worry that my requests weren’t being fulfilled. Though I’ve moved, I’d recommend a Helix property to anyone looking for a space! They were amazing and I’ll miss it!!
In one month, I will be closing on my first home and though I’m excited, there is a part of me that is deeply saddened as it means I’ll be leaving SoHo lofts, my home of twelve years and Helix Realty, the most wonderful property managers that exist. For twelve years, Amy, Michelle and Kevin have been the best property managers anyone could ever ask for. Every issue I ever had was addressed promptly within 24 hours.
