Literally drove over 30 mins for nothing. He never showed up and I don't even think that was the right address. It's a duplex and apt B had someone actively living in it, it was fully furnished. Apt A had an eviction notice on the door. Very unprofessional, horrible first impression.
Sad I have to move! I lived in Clark School Lofts for 4 years and I recommend it to people all the time! You have to stalk the website because the units are usually booked up (for good reason)!
Lived in their SoHo Lofts location for over 5 years and sad to be leaving. Every time I had an issue, it was addressed quickly and everyone I met was kind.
I rented from Helix for three years, and they were, by FAR, the best rental company I’ve ever used! Amy, Kevin, and Michelle are kind, responsive, accommodating, flexible, and just genuinely good people who care about the neighborhoods where they rent. My apartment at the Clark School Lofts was my favorite apartment I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
