Reasonable prices. Great Sushi. Go there often. Love the Ocean roll. Service is generally excellent. Can watch sports too.

Came in on a Sunday evening at 8pm. They weren't overly busy. People came in after us. They received their rolls before us. Service was extremely slow. Table behind us waiter apologized to them. They even received a discount. Us, not so much. After reading others comments, it seems like this is a common occurrence. Not impressed

I have been here many times and have never had a problem with service with the exceptions of the last 4 times I have eaten here. Tonight was the last straw for myself. We waited over an hour for 4 sushi rolls, 2 of which came wrong and not once in the hour we waited were we checked on. Our drinks were never refilled and and when we complained to the manager he tried to convince us that they were the correct sushi rolls when in fact they were not. I'm tired of the poor quality of customer service and will not be coming back.
We've eaten there many times with positive experiences, but last night, we had reservations for 12 and the table wasn't set up, ready for us when we arrived. The service was extremely poor and there was a large puddle of soy sauce spilled on the floor right next to our table that was never cleaned up before we were seated. We were also served a yellow tail roll with tuna that was far from fresh. We returned it. I'm very disappointed. Looking for a new sushi place.
