Went for a gel pedicures. Staff is friendly but not trained or up to date. My pedicure was rushed. No cuticle care what so ever. Just washed and massaged then polished. Simply pushed my cuticle back didn’t try to remove any dead skin shape my nail. Wasted $50 in 30 minutes.
horrible service! 15 bucks tip isn’t enough for these people. Pedicures are done in 10 mins and they expect a 50 bucks tip.- editing this in response to your rude message, as an owner you should have etiquettes to talk to your customer. We got pedicure on april 4 for 4 people, ask your staff if you need too. I go every week. The studio is quiet, clean, and relaxing. They are very kind and professional. I love the massages.
