It was a horrible first time experience! I will never go back! The lady who did my pedicure moved really slow. After pointing out to her that I had ingrown toe nails, she insisted that she got it out already, which she didn’t. She barely touched my ingrown nails and barely removed the dead skin from the heels of my feet but cut my cuticles on 2 of my toes so bad that I bled and then she cleaned it with acetone instead of alcohol. They gave Very poor service but didn't hesitate to charge me 60$ at the end despite my complaint... read more

This salon is so overpriced. It’s $50 if you want gel polish instead of regular polish for your pedicure. I opted to do regular polish for $30. I already had gel polish on and they charged $10 to remove it. I’ve never been to a salon that nickel and dimes so much and for the most mediocre pedicure — she barely scrubbed my feet!

I had a very disappointing experience. The acrylics came out crooked, and the nail art was nothing like what I requested. I asked for hearts on a few nails and was instead given awkward circles. When I politely asked for a correction, the nail tech was visibly annoyed and even brought over a coworker to try and convince me the design was "nice" — despite me clearly expressing I was unhappy. I left feeling unheard and frustrated. Definitely not worth the 4 hours or $150 I paid.

My regular manicurist did a beautuful manicure and I was a regularly scheduled appointment, then they started giving me their trainees and my manicures were not as nice. So I changed and now I go elsewhere.

Got a mani Pendi both acrylic, it costed $201, I tipped around 35% Disrespectful staff, demanded higher tip, charged me x3 for a lotion off Amazon for $5. And when you tip more they’ll make a huge commotion at yelling “GOODBYE” as if you didn’t work with them at finding a fair tip. I was extremely respectful and quiet throughout my appointment only pointing out issues that needed to be resolved, I offered to order my nail tech food multiple times since it was getting late and I felt bad. The manager is rude and nitpicky at t... read more
