I go every week. The studio is quiet, clean, and relaxing. They are very kind and professional. I love the massages.

I had a fill and gel manicure on 7/3. By 7/4 it was bubbly and peeling. In the morning on 7/5 I returned to complain as my gel manicures usually last 2-3 weeks. The manicurist redid my nails, no questions asked. By the next day, they were bubbling and peeling again. I have not returned and will never go back to SoHo again. They wasted my money and my time with their subpar product and poor quality service.
