Ticket # 50, I had a pedicure done. This was the best pedicure I’ve had in years. The woman was awesome. This was about an hour away from where I live. I would return just for that wonderful experience.

I appreciate that the staff could work me in during the last hour they were open on a Sunday for a pedicure. My only complaint would be that I was not asked if I wanted gel polish which I didn’t realize I was getting so I spent more than I had planned. I will come back to try a manicure and waxing services though. Just don’t need the gel polish!

Today I had the worse experience. Robert did my pedicure and was extremely rude. He told me I was picky and wouldn’t be servicing me anymore. I recorded the whole interaction. I consistently when I can come to SoHo. This interaction hurt my feelings because I have never been treated this way. Lani had to finish my services for my nails. Being that I am a paying customer and I was never rude to him in the first place, I should be able to ask for what I would like or a change. Went to a nail shop and was so disappointed in my nails. Came here today for the first time and Robert did such an amazing job on my nails and feet. Great conversation, amazing energy. So happy I found a shop close to home.
