Today I had the worse experience. Robert did my pedicure and was extremely rude. He told me I was picky and wouldn’t be servicing me anymore. I recorded the whole interaction. I consistently when I can come to SoHo. This interaction hurt my feelings because I have never been treated this way. Lani had to finish my services for my nails. Being that I am a paying customer and I was never rude to him in the first place, I should be able to ask for what I would like or a change. Went to a nail shop and was so disappointed in my nails. Came here today for the first time and Robert did such an amazing job on my nails and feet. Great conversation, amazing energy. So happy I found a shop close to home.

Grey did my full set of acrylics and shaping and his wife did my paint, and im absolutely in love with these nailsssss she did sooooo good on the flowers and the size and shape is exactly what I wanted. Will 1000% be coming back as regularly as I can 🤩

Worst place. Don’t waste your time coming here. I went in today and after they finished my toes I had to wait another 20 mins if not more and other people was coming in and get to do it before me. Staffs has no manner.
