Went in to get two nails repaired. They told me that I needed a new set. I was fine with getting a new set, so they removed all of my nails. I told him the length that I was wanting. Then he cut to the length that I had asked for. Then he continued to shorten the shorten them 3 times. I let him know that they were too short, asked for him to please stop. ****UPDATE**** I did not know what I was talking about (this was my first time to a nail salon), but after having been to other places, I realized that Soho isn’t very clean unfortunately. I noticed when I came for a fill, they hadn’t even wiped the shavings off the counter from the previous client, and they sat my hand in it. Plus, my nails started lifting, peeling and breaking about two and a half weeks in. I should have only needed a fill, the damage that they were going through is apparently not normal. First time getting acrylics (or even going into a nail salon) and I was very satisfied. I asked for these beautiful French tips, and they only cost me $65 plus I left a $5 tip. Walk-ins are welcome, and they were more than happy to do my nails. Seemed clean to me, and the staff were really friendly. Place feels huge when entering….who knew lol. Couldn’t tell from the outside.
