I’ve been coming to Soho Nail Lounge since I moved to the Durham area a little over 2 years ago, and let me tell y'all I will not be going anywhere else while I live here!! I always go to either Lisa or Kim (the owner) and neither of them have ever done me wrong. Lisa is AMAZING! She knocked it out of the park! The first picture was my inspo pic and the last two are the result from Lisa’s awesome work! She is so sweet and always makes the experience and visit great. The whole Soho staff is awesome and so funny and I’d highly recommend them!

I went in for a basic gel set with square french tips. A few of the nail tips that were applied were very crooked and when I asked if she could take those ones off and re-do them, she kind of gave a slight attitude & kept trying to tell me that it was my nail when it wasn’t. You could clearly see that it was not lined up with my natural nail and going in a completely differently angle than the rest. Requested pedicure and dip and tip. Was told pick a color. I see books on counter so I begin to peruse them. Then another patron of a different race came in. One of the bail techs removed the books and place them for the other patron. I questioned if the book(s) I was looking at was for dip.. she said no. Then another nail tech told me yes. I respectfully thanked the tech and left the establishment. I will not be patroning this establishment again. Blatant disrespect.
