**Never Recommend** Avenue Living doesn't seem to consider tenants' needs. I am a tenant in the Avenue Living community in Edmonton, and they increased the rent by $350/month. Such a high increase is unaffordable for most people. Unfortunately, we have to pay because we cannot move due to our immigration issues. I would not recommend this community to anyone.
