My husband and I have lived in the lofts for three years now. We couldn’t be happier. Our apartment is truly unique. The skylights are breathtaking, French doors that lead out to a private deck. Truly industrious exposed brick interior. Concrete floors are very pet friendly! The grounds are large. They even have a small area for your dogs to roam leash free. Really safe and cozy, and willing to accommodate both pets and registered service animals. There is an elevator and wheelchair entrance available. The lobbies are clean and welcoming. The management is quite sweet and polite and I feel at home here. The gated courtyard makes me feel very secure and that I am getting what I have paid for. Will probably be here for a while. This is by far the best company you can rent from! The apartment complex is immaculate and everyone Who visited always wanted to move in! All around the building is spectacular for renting! Even the Helix management team is the best people you can ever rent from! They are all wonderful, helpful, and so accommodating to help better fit your needs. If you are looking for a great place to stay, look no further! PS. the windows and the high ceilings (pretty much everything about the apartment) are such amazing feature to have!
Looks like they had all of their bad reviews deleted. The management group pretends to be nice when they want but are cheap/greedy. They only returned 700 of my 1825.00 security deposit citing stuff like 500 for fridge cleaning, 300 for a few posters up on the wall, and 400 for leaves in the back. I even asked what they would be charging me for before my lease ended and I got no response. I went back and cleaned for hours only leaving some food in the fridge so I didn’t waste it!
