cut my hair twice with the old gentleman at Soho and both times the haircut was superb! Thank you sorry i do not know your name. My long layers were blended nicely and the hair length maintained and he paid so much attention to getting everything together well. Worth every penny paid! Thank you so much! ( Asian mid length straight hair)

If I could, I will leave zero star! This is the worst hair dyeing experience in my life. The owner KK is unprofessional, doesn't give you the results you want, and charges a very high price. My hair was extremely dry and itchy after dyeing. KK keeps me in store for 6 hours(from 2pm to 8pm) for hair dyeing. Because he also helps other customers and leaves me alone. I went to this salon with my husband, and our experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member, KK, told us it would be fast. Since no one was in the waiting area, we assumed we’d be next. However, shortly after, a lady walked in—who I believe was a "VIP"—and KK prioritized her haircut over ours. We were left sitting for over 45 minutes with no updates. Hair stylist is very nice and offers good service, but the wait was 2 hours. I did a layered haircut, and I wouldn’t say it’s bad, but it’s not the best. I would come here for monthly trims, but not new hairstyles.
