Technically incapable owner—Avoid this 'chop shop' I had an appalling experience with the owner. He is technically incompetent and admits he prioritizes volume over quality. • The 'Haircut': He completely ignored my instructions and essentially chopped my hair into two disconnected parts (top and bottom) with zero blending. I simply asked for clean up which all he had to do was to cut only the long one and clean the neck area, this guy missed up my hair and so did my son’s hair…the cost was 50 per person…what a terrible service for 50 dollars per person haircut…I guess he had no damn clue what he was doing…communication is an issue with this location…I guess he didn’t understand how I wanted my haircut and my son’s…my son’s haircut looks terrible…I have long hair on my right side of my neck area than my left side of the neck area.
cut my hair twice with the old gentleman at Soho and both times the haircut was superb! Thank you sorry i do not know your name. My long layers were blended nicely and the hair length maintained and he paid so much attention to getting everything together well. Worth every penny paid! Thank you so much! If I could, I will leave zero star! This is the worst hair dyeing experience in my life. The owner KK is unprofessional, doesn't give you the results you want, and charges a very high price. My hair was extremely dry and itchy after dyeing. KK keeps me in store for 6 hours(from 2pm to 8pm) for hair dyeing. Because he also helps other customers and leaves me alone.
