This community is amazing! Its very updated and Mrs Destiny in the office is always extremely helpful and full of positive energy every time we talk couldn’t ask for a better staff!
Jason and Richard are always responsive and available, even during non-working hours.
I lived here for a year through 2017-2018. Location is prime, but I'll never forget the day that a swarm of love bugs joined us for a cup of coffee every morning. I also had to throw away a lot of my furniture after living here because of the termites. I was reading recent reviews for fun, and I can't believe that they haven't addressed the issue after 5 years.
This apartment complex is absolutely disgusting. Location is prime but there are roaches and bugs, and there is no central air. The air breaks (not ok in Florida) and in the winter you freeze due to no heat. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Not worth the price. Find somewhere else. The only plus side is maitenance is very nice and friendly. PS Don’t let their reply below fool you, they haven’t helped with the pests in the 2 years I’ve been here and that management email is fake and doesn’t work.
