Soho online customer support is horrible. They don't answer their phones, return calls, answer e-mails but they can sell product that don't stay in your hair and take your money , take their product back and ignore returning monies or product. Horrible online service!
I have been buying my hair extensions from this location for a6 years now. They have the most beautiful/natural looking hair pieces. The lady name Ray was very nice and helpful. She matched my hair and a clip on ponytail as well as a comb in updo extension yesterday. She was super nice, polite and knew a lot about her stuff. Nice to deal with and I love my new extensions!
