I've seen a lot of dentists in my life. Anastasia is friendly, personable, knowledgeable, able to explain things clearly, and the most hands-on dentist I have ever visited. The humor and comforting personality that she is able to maintain in a tense situation while working on my teeth was a great experience. Had my first visit at Soho Dental today! The office manager Hailey was so friendly and helpful, especially with understanding my insurance and my coverage for my appointment. Dr Sharma was friendly, professional and made me feel very comfortable! Highly recommend this office will definitely be coming back
Due to a miscommunication with the office manager my appointment was accidentally cancelled. When I followed up with Hailey her responses were hostile and sarcastic. I was truly shocked at her lack of professionalism. Although I’ve been a patient since 2017 with Dr. Ramirez and recently Dr. Sharma, my interaction with Hailey was so unpleasant that I’ve decided to switch dental providers. Mostly good experiences at Soho Dental. Like most places now, you will be cleaned by a hygienist and get a quick check from a dentist at the end of the appointment. I appreciate the dentists knowledge and professionalism, especially in the first exam where they measured all the gums. I've especially had great service from Dr Anatasia who took great care to followup on my concerns. An improvement would be the option to book online directly instead of just via phone or email.
Dr.Haji is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Quick, precise, personal, professional, advanced in technology and knowledge, and trustworthy. His staff are so kind, efficient, and will make you feel as if you’ve been seeing them for years. Both locations are also very beautiful. Hailey at the front desk is always fast to reply over email which is very impressive considering how busy they get.
