Dropped a laptop off for a simple screen fix, didn't receive my laptop back until 3 months later. Everyone in the office said they "lost" it and I had to keep calling back to figure out the status of if they found it or not. Finally, I got it back after 3 months of waiting, and he said that the missing back piece is somewhere else and he will mail it to me. 3 WEEKS LATER he sends me a voicemail that says he sent it. SOHO has been my computer reapir service since 2001. Their service has always been exceptional! Once when an employee inadvertently deleted our customer master file, I called SOHO. Within an hour, they restored the file and we were working again. They also built our web site with Shaq O'Neal(www.atlanticmarcite.com). It's terrific, judge for yourself!
