Dirty I would say....not kept well
My housemate and I were living in an apartment here for a year, place with the amenities is great and we were looked after by Will and Jess the property managers.
I have been a long term Tennant of Oasis (over 3 years now) and I can confidently say that this is one of the nicest places to stay in the city. The facilities are brand new and always kept clean and extremely well maintained, and the location of the building is close to key public transport (5 mins to Green Square Station) and plenty of cafes and restaurants around that serve amazing food and coffee. Have lived here for 2.5 years and could not be happier. The complex is well maintained with great facilities. The Lateral team are accommodating, responsive, helpful and really nice!
