I was surprised because I've heard great things about their maternity ward. My daughter and I recently admitted to emergency center from car accident. Nurses weren't very nice. Only saw them twice during the two hour stay. Dr. Didn't really give us time of day and didn't give any supplies for our burns. We were not treated as a priority, I didn't appreciate it. I'll be sure to avoid this hospital.
Had an outpatient surgery here and the staff was truly compassionate. Check in was seamless and my pre-op nurse was very supportive and naturally made me feel at ease. Post-op they were very instructional and comforting to my wife and myself. Great facility, truly made something I wasn't looking forward to a pleasant experience.
