I love Dr. Soohee Lee. I would have to agree with other comments below putting the front desk staff as nearly very difficult, rude and hard to work with. It is as if you have to please them and work with them and make them feel good to get an appointment. There is one specific woman with a heavy accent, she is extremely rude all the time, a lot of attitude, tells you something is done when it is not done. Just nasty. I've been a patient of her practice for 5+ years, she's incredibly caring & thoroughly explains everything in great details. Anytime I voice a concern; without hesitation she pushes for further testings which I appreciate as someone with anxiety!
Dr. Lee is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She listened carefully to all my concerns and explained everything clearly. I felt truly cared for and respected during my visit. I’m very grateful to have found such a wonderful doctor.
