Me decepcionó mucho el servicio al cliente en este consultorio. Llamé para programar una cita y me atendieron de manera brusca y descortés. Cuando llegué a la cita, me hicieron esperar más de 30 minutos
I had an appointment there today. They called me yesterday and told me to come 10 minutes early. I did that and went early but they kept me waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes. My nerves were so tense that I didn't meet with the doctor. When I asked at the reception, they spoke rudely to me. If the reception is like this, imagine what it's like inside. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Maybe the doctor is a good doctor, but his staff is not like that at all.
Dr. Shayfer is a miracle worker! He has helped me with an elbow, shoulder and wrist injury and restored my quality of life beyond what I even hoped for. His staff is remarkable, caring and patient. They know that every patient who arrives is in pain, and their compassion and kindness is absolutely remarkable.
I was referred to this doctor by another doctor who said he is the best at treating hand and elbow issues. While the doctor himself may be knowledgeable on this particular topic, his office is in complete disarray. The front office email only responds when they want something such as a new patient intake form. I emailed them over 3 weeks ago to ask for an imaging copy of my MRI, and they never responded. The front office does not communicate with the nurse/assistant who in turn does not communicate with the doctor. The docto... read more
I'm not a man of many words but I have to say Dr.shafer was excellent! In hindsight I had nothing to worry about having full shoulder replacement. I was back to work after 5 weeks and feel amazing with no more pain and will not hesitate if my other shoulder needs repair. A shout out to the staff who were all very professional and helpful during a scary time
