The doctor is competent but likely the office is understaffed. Otherwise why wouldn’t they be able to send the prescription to the pharmacy within a couple of business days? They don’t return calls either.

My experience started out positively. Dr. Shaikh initially seemed kind and helpful, but over time I became increasingly frustrated by how frequently I was interrupted and how quickly my concerns seemed to be dismissed. At my most recent appointment, the interaction deteriorated to the point that I left angry and will not return. I have a complicated history with recurrent diverticulitis. Mi visita al gastroenterólogo fue excelente. Desde que llegué, recibí una atención muy amable y profesional. El doctor se tomó el tiempo de escucharme, explicarme todo con claridad y responder a mis preguntas, lo que me hizo sentir muy cómoda y bien atendida. Todo el personal fue atento y respetuoso. Estoy muy satisfecha con la experiencia y definitivamente recomiendo este consultorio.
