I moved into this complex January 2021 into a very basic one bedroom apartment for $1500 a month with an additional $300 a month for all utilities. Moving out in July 2022 that same apartment is now listed for $2400. Call this inflation, recession or anything you’d like but the value of living here did not increase by almost $1000 in less than two years.
