Felt compelled to leave a review, since there are a couple of negative reviews on here I personally take issue with. Softwave therapy is not appropriate for every type of pain, and leaving a negative review because of this-- something that is completely out of the provider's control -- is really irresponsible ! It is not his fault your particular issue isn't a good fit for the technology. If you didn't talk to your doctor about best options first before deciding to try Softwave that's a you problem. Walked in this office with no a good impression but decided to go further with the appointment since we were already there. we sat down to listen to the person. I am not sure if he is a Dr. Or not or what speciality he falls under. We've specified the areas that were painful so he can work on but he decided to work on another area. Jonathan was incredibly thoughtful about planning a course of care for treating a series of old spinal injuries which had become disabling for me. As a special population patient with underlying complications, Jonathan took the time to personalize care for me. In a 3 month course of care, he got my spine to regain an interoceptive sense of what's a "normal" alignment, and improved comfort with daily activity like walking longer distances. Doctor is really nice and cares for the patient, even helped me to reschedule my appointment at the last minute but unfortunately Softwave shock therapy doesn't work for Plantar Fasciitis from my experience.
