Was contacted by Michelle Brown regarding a Copywriter position. Her email stated, "In considering candidates, time is of the essence, so please respond ASAP. Thank you." I immediately responded with questions, she responded back, I replied with a rate range, and then . . . nothing. She totally vanished and has not returned either voicemails or emails since the beginning of the week. Incredibly unprofessional. It's not technically recruiting if the candidates have to chase you!
