Do not buy a softub. They are very expensive for what they are. You think you’re getting a great warranty for that cost but it’s not legit. The company will blame most issues on chemicals. Even if you use only softub brand and follow directions, the 5 year warranty is voided within 90 days. Don’t waste your money. Buy a quality spa.
The tub it’s self is fine, the customer service and the support provided by the manufacturer is nonexistent. I do not recommend buying this product, if you have a problem, company will not be there to help you out. There are companies out there who want your business to support their clientele and you appreciate your business, softub is not one of them.
I work for softub and have since 2005. I have never been involved in a better company with a better product and I'm as excited about it today as I was the day I started.
