5 stars for ease of buying and set up 1 star for getting anybody to maintain or fix it when it breaks....been trying to find someone for 6 months now and the only answer I get is "oh we only sell them, we don't maintain or repair them"

Thanks Kevin and Tracey for our beautiful Poseidon softub. It is quiet to run, easy to maintain and adjust. We sit and gaze at the stars in the night sky basking in the warm water. Sheer joy and cheaper than an overseas holiday! We are very happy. Lesley and Murray. WA.
If I could award 6 stars to Kevin,Trevor and the Softub Australia staff in general I would,for all their care and attention to detail but the main reason is that my wife suffers from many painful medical conditions and the Softub we purchased from them goes a long way in relieving the symptoms, she is able to exercise to the best of her ability while being in comfort,all in all a key asset to have when she needs some relief. I've also enjoyed an occasional dip as being her carer it enables me to relax.Many thanks again to So... read more
