Unmatched care, kindness and customer service at Soft Touch Dentistry of Newton, from the friendly and very capable ladies in reception, to George the dental hygenist, and of course, Dr. Nazila Bidabadi, DMD, I know I'm in excellent hands. The fact that their office is within walking distance of my home is gravy.
Dr Bidibadi and her team at SoftTouch Dentistry have provided me with great dental care for years. They are professional. personal, responsive, and accommodating. I am very glad to have them on my team .
Friendly staff but I felt rushed to finish my Invisalign treatment too early. This was justified by the Dr’s analogy that “imperfections in crystals become visible once displayed on shelf” or of that sort. I am disappointed given I was lured into the treatment.
At the end of my recent cleaning I told the hygienist, "You are an artist." That typifies SoftTouch Dentistry of Newton. Dr. Bidabadi is a conductor who has arranged a symphony of love, care, and professionalism that rises to the level of an art, like the beautiful classical music they play (and support!).
