I have horrible dental anxiety from some very traumatic experiences in the past, and can attest that Dr. Bidabadi is an incredible dentist! She is kind, encouraging, funny and clearly cares a great deal about her craft/patients. The entire team at Soft Touch Dentistry immediately made me feel at home - shout out to Laura and Nancy for making me laugh and easing my anxiety in the waiting room. 10/10 would recommend this dentist to anyone.
The experience, hospitality, and kindness of all the members at soft touch dentistry is exceptional. Myself and my family have gone to this practice for decades. All of the staff are wonderful and accommodating.
I have been going to Soft Touch Dentistry for many years and have always been treated very well. The staff is kind and courteous, and Dr. Bidabadi is very caring and always stops by for a chat and to check on me when I get my cleanings. They address any issues I have, and make me as comfortable as possible. Valerie was my hygienist today. She was very nice, personable, and chatted me throughout my cleaning.
