In the past year I have ordered different products on two separate occasions. The first time I received my order on time and everything was fine. The second time I had an emergency situation right before Christmas. They expedited my order and I received the package a few days before Christmas. ordered and paid for premium resin made in USA, received bags taped shut with packing tape. Who knows what might be in them , old resin, cheap resin, resin from a bulk box sitting open in a warehouse somewhere?

Sorry for the confusion caused by our repacked resin shipment. The Resin come in 1 cu.ft. bags that weight over 50 lbs. Due to a SURCHARGE that went into effect in January 2021 by both UPS and FedEx Ground, we have been splitting shipments to keep packages under this 50 lbs. threshold. The 1.5 cu.ft. resin order required the separately of 1/2 cu.ft. from one of the bags ( they are provided by manufacturer only in 1 cu.ft. bags ). This company went out of their way to help me, including no restock fee when I had to upgrade to a more comprehensive solution, even though I screwed up. Outstanding service and responsiveness, with a great knowledge base!!
Was told by a local service guy that the issue of the brine tank not draining required the softener to be replaced for $1,500. The Autotrol valve would need to be "cut in half" to repair a faulty port. After doing a little research I stumbled on ***************** and they were quick to help identify the control and recommend the parts to repair. Their website has very useful troubleshooting articles and they a quick to answer any questions. Five stars!
