RecommendedIncredible professionalism and a great installation experience. Pricing was great and I can't even think of the words good enough to recommend Chris and Soft Water Specialists. We are extremely pleased with our purchase. If you're contemplating a water softener and/or filtration system we highly recommend them.
The person I spoke with over Facebook yesterday, was very quick to respond (privately) we scheduled an appt for today. Chris and another gentleman showed up, again very professional. Explained everything everything I needed to know and more... then schedule a installation for another day. Overall I was very pleased with the customer service I was given. Coming from a business owner myself. I highly recommend.

I live far out in the country and i was able to get an estimate and select my system all by e mail. Installation on my 1934 home was done quickly and professionally.

What's the cost of good health? How important is great water to you? My wife uses a C-PAP machine and my new Soft Water Specialist-conditioned water is cleaner than the distilled water called for by the manufacturer. The distilled water left a "sludge" in the reservoir, and my new water leaves it clean! Plus, it tastes fantastic, our dishes are sparkling clean, no more stinky-washer leaving our clothes smelling bad, and our showers are so much more fun!
