This team is incredible, and that’s an understatement! We bought an older house that came with a soft water system we weren’t familiar with, and an older well pump set up. After we closed, Neil came out and answered questions for us and explained everything so that we were prepared and informed on how our systems worked. Presented Neil with a hot water heater issue. Initial problem solved with loose wire connection. Had hot water but didn't get to any faucet. He tried several diagnostics over multiple days having me try several options , remained in contact after hours. Returned searched. piping under the house, found valve causing cross connect. Absolute pleasure working with him and his support beyond words.
In April of this year, I was opening up our family cottage on Chama Bay. Unfortunately, our hot water heater no longer was Heating the water. I called the good folks there and within two days I had a new hot water heater all hooked up, and the cottage was ready to go. The guys that put my hot water heater in were very friendly, knowledgeable, and safety conscious. Called about a UV filter power box replacement. He dropped and shattered the UV bulb replacement I had already purchased so had to use his bulb he had brought (accidents happen no big deal). But when going to pay he rather rudely said he wasn’t going to cover the cost of the bulb because he didn’t supply it. Sir, you dropped something on the floor of mine that cost $100 and it shattered to a million pieces of glass, the least you could do is wave the cost of replacing as I still spent hundred on the replacement box.
