Was extremely disappointed with my service. Stylist does not know how to detangle natural type 4 hair (despite having a whole service line dedicated to natural hair) and proceeded to rip out and tangle my hair by combing through from root to tip on dry hair several times during my appointment. I ended up losing several inches of hair and my scalp was in pain for nearly a week afterwards due to the rough handling.
Love Zizi she does such a great job on my hair. Top notch service!
