It has become IMPOSSIBLE to get an order filled. Children completely without the basic supplies (milk) A blood pressure cuff are suction machine medical needed is completely ignored!!! Makes you wonder what is happening?? Our fragile children are being ignored with no explanation
These people are such a scam. We rely on them to send diapers for my son every month. Three months ago the lady we spoke with said she would contact the doctor and get the new prescription. Here it is three months later and our doctor's office still didn't get the fax from them up until last Friday. My doctor's office contacted them directly and my doctor said the fax went through and they received it. Fabulous experience with this company. Courtesy is the biggest thing that stands out! All employees that we have spoken to and met face to face were excellent. Delivery, office and pick up, all a wonderful experience.
