Needs more competent people working for them
Place is terrible, every time they touch a vehicle the sensors are screw up. Pretty rude too
I had a membership and I dropped them. Poor service poor equipment and poor management.
Beware of this Take 5 location. I brought my truck in for a routine oil change, and it turned into a costly nightmare. After the service, I had to visit another Take 5 just to have 4 quarts of excess oil drained—something that never should have happened in the first place. As a result of the overfill, I ended up paying $3,000 in repairs, including a new catalytic converter. What’s even more frustrating is that the original location refused to take any responsibility. Although I waited a while the guys were very professional and knew what they were doing. They offered me a water as soon as I pulled up. When it was my turn they answered all the questions I had to the best of their ability. They took me in and got me out within 10-15 minutes.
As usual the customer service is outstanding and professional. Last time it was Joshua that serviced my vehicle and this time it was him and Jose. Both doing outstanding performance with the works oil change, windshield wipers and AC filter. Thank you

This was my first time at this carwash on dixie. I'm not real big on doing reviews but I just have to put this carwash out there for others to know about! They was extra busy but everyone working was so sweet and kept a smile. There was a young lady, I think her name was Jenn that helped me wipe my car down and made my children feel extra special asking how our charismas was and asking if we needed some water. I had oil change and coolant replacement. Dominick and Tyler were working on my car and they were great. Very friendly and fast service. They explained what they were doing very clearly. It was a pleasant experience. I recommend everyone get their oil changes there.
