They did a great job with exterior wash coupon and receptionist was very pleasant!
Do a solid job 98 percent of the time. Not cheap with the foam soap and the wax.
A car that I basically live in for work, and use to drive around my two young kids, and which had recently seen a vomiting episode during a long road trip, was restored to an absolutely phenomenal condition. Highly recommended for detailing.
BUYER BEWARE When the non-english speaking attendant says the word "MAT?" to you, say "No", or you will be charged double for a regular car wash. If you do happen to be tricked like I was, and you go to the desk for help, they will tell you that YOU misunderstood and that the word MAT means a $30 car wash. I have been a customer for years, I'm very sad to have to replace my 5 star review with this one but it is important to be very clear with your customers when you offer a service and are taking their money.
I never appreciated places that take advantage of people that are vulnerable when it comes to cars. My wife took her car to get it washed, and asked for a basic inside/out wash. $31 later she ended up with their top of the line package. Not nice! Basic means basic, don’t try to up-sell because you see a female.
The place is a good car wash but the people who work there are thieves , you stole my daughters Nintendo DS.... and never sry car well
