To treat customers like crap is not okay.. Omar you need to learn how to properly handle issues. I will no longer bring my 4 vehicles there. Terrible

Ive always used soft touch carwash in chino for over 10 years, and the last few years ive been there its been the worst service, ive gotten my work cell phone and change stollen, and i keep giving them the benefit and hoping my experience will get better, and this last time i went i asked for tire dressing and its $5 extra for a spray. I think every level wash should come with dressing wth. Place has gone downhill. Its a shame
Worst experience ever!! I decided to get the platinum wash because I went so long without cleaning my car. So I paid $30+, to have them break my ornament hanging from my rear view mirror and not even clean the dashboard. I'm not going back, I'd rather spend $10 to wash it myself at the car wash located on riverside dr and benson If someone from soft touch sees this, I will reconsider if reimbursed for them breaking my ornament which cost me $15
I will be coming back to this car wash regularly! I was a little discouraged when I saw how busy it was but decided to stay anyway ! As I sat and waited for my car I watched employees work fast and efficiently but what impressed me the most was Omar the manager walked around and ask each employee what kind of pizza he would like ! I thought that was a awesome way to treat employees. BTW My car looks super clean and beautiful! Thanks to soft touch car wash
