I did not have a positive experience at this med spa. From my first interaction, I felt pressured to purchase services and products I didn’t need or want. The consultation didn’t feel personalized, and I left with the impression that sales were prioritized over my actual concerns. Words can’t describe how much I love this Softlife & Linda! Each time I’ve gone in I’ve been greeted with a smile 😊 and such welcoming vibes. Linda is very informative & open to your suggestions, concerns & makes you feel comfortable! The staff has always been kind & helpful. As to say for my results.. So natural! When I tell people I’ve had anything done, they’re always stunned. This is the place to go!
I went to Soft Life Medspa recently with concerns about my hyperpigmentation on my chin and face. Linda and her staff were very professional and knowledgeable. Linda explained to me what the best treatment plan would be based off of what I told her I wanted to fix. It was my first chemical peel so I was nervous. But everybody made sure I was comfortable and understood exactly what I was having done. We were able to start my treatment right away! I have already made my next appointment and can’t wait to see my results!

“I visited this wellness spa multiple times, and unfortunately each visit left me more disappointed. My first service was a series of laser treatments on my buttocks to help with acne bumps. I purchased multiple sessions but saw no improvement at all, which made the treatment feel like a waste of money.
