Absolutely amazing experience! Mrs Linda and her team are truly incredible. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and relaxing. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step, making me feel completely comfortable. My treatment results exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt cared for—not rushed. This medspa sets the standard for quality, expertise, and customer service. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be returning!
Kat was AWSOME with my facial! My skin feels softer, and fully hydrated!! Linda went over, above and beyond! Ms. Linda is the best to ever do it. I came to Ms. Linda last year as my facial palsy seemed to be getting worse with age. She made no promises but promised to do her very best. I can tell you all that she is a miracle worker. Not only did she have me looking a lot more symmetrical, she enhanced my features. I did not have a positive experience at this med spa. From my first interaction, I felt pressured to purchase services and products I didn’t need or want. The consultation didn’t feel personalized, and I left with the impression that sales were prioritized over my actual concerns. Words can’t describe how much I love this Softlife & Linda! Each time I’ve gone in I’ve been greeted with a smile 😊 and such welcoming vibes. Linda is very informative & open to your suggestions, concerns & makes you feel comfortable! The staff has always been kind & helpful. As to say for my results.. So natural!
