I hired Soft Air System to come work on two tankless water heaters and one air conditioning unit at my house on two separate occasions. Both times the work was done well and efficiently, with no problems after the fact. The second time, Kamran and his team came over and completed work and we had a small issue that came up later in the day. I purchased a furnace and air conditioner from them August 2017. In the spring of 2018 the air conditioning stopped working and they replaced the evaporation coil, again was not working and when I phoned them the call went through to Someone lees and they sent out a repair man.They did not fix the air conditioner and told me there would be a cost to me. Pros: Prompt, can fix things. Cons: Lloyd is belligerent, rude, abrasive, aggressive, will berate you, go up one side of you and down the other, fabricates things, shoves the manual in your face to make you figure out your furnace error messages. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time on this company unless you want to be treated poorly.

This service is by far one of the best in Toronto. Very underrated. Helped me with my Furnace problems and got it up and running in around 30 minutes. Highly recommend anyone to try out this company.
