Every time we come to Orlando we end up eating at chain restaurants or fast food joints. Finding Sofrito was heaven sent. The food was delicious and had that home cooked feel which is always lacking from the chain spots. The prices were reasonable which is always a plus.

They ran out of chicken, so they gave me something else. I asked for something extra like a small appetizer to make up for the cost and they came back to the table to tell me I owe them $1 after they didn't have what I wanted to order... 2 of my girls got really sick from the food and the customer service was bad... I wouldn't go there again...

Had the Colombian Burger and between 1 and 10, it gets 12!!! It was delicious. � the Media Noche sandwich was good too.

it's nice to eat In a restaurant that serves all types of food from different latin countries, the menu lets you know were the food is originally made.The food tastes great,if I ever return to Orlando in the future I will eat there again.

Every other Latin food place was close, we ended up driving about a half hour to this place. Service was meh, the menu given to us to select from had NONE of what's in some of these reviews.

Also, per our many reviews, we strive on creating an incredible experience, so if you did come here, we'd love to hear a little more about how we could have improved the service.
The food was amazing but the staff need a little refresher on customer service. I had too ask three times to get my cups for fountain drinks and when I asked her a third time she told me I had to pay for hem which I had already done. Then the lady who brought out my food spilled a ketchup cup in me and ( I had why pants on). All I got was a whoops and a not so thoughtful sorry. However, there food was amazing and I am just hoping I caught them on an off day.
