Well, we decided to go here not knowing how food is ordered. Maybe it’s a tradition in another country where food in a nice restaurant is ordered and paid for without even eating first. The fact that if all we carry is credit then tip has to be decided. The food was pretty good . The service was OK. If you chose to sit outside they never came back to check on us after serving our food. I eat out a lot and this is definitely not a choice of the future for me. Customer Service needs to be learned.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly, upbeat staff who walked us through the menu and even gave us suggestions. We had Colombian empanadas to start. I had "churrasco" (grilled skirt steak with chimichuri) which was a perfect medium well as I requested, white rice, black beans, salad, sweet plantains, and passion fruit juice to drink. Just eaten lunch with my family. WOW.... great atmosphere, gorgeous friendly staff, and the food is outstanding. If you are looking for great food, service and atmosphere this is the place to go. Very unique place. You can play while eating ... my daughters really enjoyed playing Family Feud while eating breakfast ... two days in a row. We will be back.

Ok, chicken was cold and dry. There was 4 of us at the table and each order was brought out at 5 min intervals.
