Be careful with hidden T&Cs! I bought a sofa during a sale period and after 3 years the structure is almost falling apart from one side. Sofology is refusing to repair it because I bought it during sale and apparently it had only 2 years of structural guarantee!!!
Look great on the outside but this is what is inside, 2x1wood, cardboard arms, and a million staples, built to fail, the arms are really made of cardboard, no wonder they dented when I used them to actually stand up. Don’t be fooled
Huge store with loads of choice. In particular Lloyd was fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. He made the day so much less stressful than It would have been!
