RecommendedReally nice ppl and fast unloading
First off they cant get anything right. First it was we will take your payment out on Tuesday. They screwed that up. So I signed a paper for Wednesday ACH and they kept taking it Monday or Tuesday anyways. Then it was you are approved for 7 days then it was no you're not. I have tried talking to several people before deciding to go with another company. None of the people could return calls when they said they would and no one wanted to get to the bottom of the issues. They cant get credits put in the system but they can tak... read more
We have had excellent customer service and they are always prompt with their deliveries. And when we are in a pinch for inventory, our sales rep is there with the product we need. Sofo Foods has made ordering products and supplies a breeze.
over priced and terrible customer service
I worked at Sofo Foods and was sexually harassed, and retaliated against by another employee. I went to management and even HR nothing was done about any of the occurrences. This is a horrible company to work for, I would NOT recommend working in the file clerk department.

One of their drivers traveling in Houston Texas is tailgating in a way I’ve never seen an 18 wheeler do, hit a barrel going full speed on the Highway, knocking the barrel into the next lane and causing two cars to crash. The truck never stopped.
Got there 2 hours early had to wait until my 1300 appointment before they would start to unload, but once they started was out within the hour.
