worst dr mis diagnosed my mom, she's passed away from COVID told my mom she didn't have it, yet no test was done. My mom couldn't breathe right and she sent her home saying its acid reflux
Horrible, my mom is fighting for her life!! She sent my mom home telling her she needs to make her own appointment for an upper GI my mom had covid. She turned her away sent her home. She told me sorry when I told her my mom is fighting for her life!!! One star because they make you give a star.
She always has time to answer questions you have about your health and explain test results. She explains things so they are easy to understand. The staff is nice and quickly check you in. The nurse is pleasant, courteous, and helpful.
She was very nice and professional, however, she misdiagnosed me.
i don't have words to express my feelings towards her who I don't want to call a DOCTOR. My mom was going to her for last 3 years and I asked mom to go to a different doctor. Day one she visited the other doctor he found that she had Melanoma which was removed in 3 days and now we are waiting for the results. I will make sure that Sofia Elterman pays for this big time. How could she see an elderly woman for 3 years and not find this?????!!!!! She should be stripped off her license.
