I set an appointment for 9:30am and I ended up getting there at 9am because I was unfamiliar with the area. They let me in but when I came in I saw 6 people just starting to get their hair done and 2 other people waiting along with me. I was confused because why would they allow me to “set an appointment” for 9:30am if they would have other people already scheduled? I finally get sat in the chair at 10:30am. Terrible! I had an 8 am appointment a there were no Braider’s there! Literally sat around until 10 am no one showed up… this is the second time trying them an the first time same thing showed up no Braider’s smh then she had a idgaf attitude about me sitting for hours
