I had a 9am appointment but the braider that was assigned to service me was late. My hair is short in the back so the braider just left it out until Sofie told someone else to finish my hair. Also, a health inspector needs to come here because the flies were all over the place. The big stylist made fun of me because I was upset about the style and cost. Me and another patron talked about how the ladies were speaking their native tongue and more than likely speaking badly about the customers.

Thank you for doing my daughter’s hair for free to go back to school…this was such a blessing. Safia took her time and did an amazing job on her hair, she was truly a sweetheart! We are grateful and will definitely be back!! 10/10
