I had a deeply upsetting experience at this salon. During my appointment, the male technician insisted on cutting one of my nails, even after I told him not to because it had been injured in a bike accident. The process was painful, and then he started shouting at me loudly, saying “If you have a fungus, go to the doctor.” For the record, it was not a fungus.
