I walked in no greeting no one really even acknowledged me asked me to wait for about 6 minutes before finally leaving and getting my services elsewhere 🙂 very uninvited experience
After about five years, my business wasn’t needed anymore, I was humiliated in front of customers, telling me I missed my appointment which was a lie, first of all the tech would have called which she didn’t,, she just didn’t want to do it and I observed whites are being treated different from blacks, they gossip about their costumers a lot right in front of their faces, because they think nobody understands their language.
HORRIBLE service. I went Friday my first time I was charged $150 2 nails already broken because they are SUPER THIN. HORRIBLE WILL BE CONTACTING THE BUSINESS BUREAU. I WISH I COULD UPLOAD PHOTOS. $150 and I'm gluing my nails back on
In 20 years steady, I've never had a bad experience here. When you find something you like, stick with it. The prices are fantastic and they don't charge extra for designs on your nails. It's a flat fee of $40 for a gel fill at the moment. I have had my nails done by both Thao and Amy. Very nice and professional. I am looking forward to my next appointment. Sure am going to miss you when I move next year.
So sad to say this but I had the worst experience with them so 10/4 me and my mom get our nails done at 5 that's what it says on my calendar they called around 310pm saying where are you and I'm like home why? She said you have an appointment at 3 and I said no it's supposed to be at 5 then she said I'm not arguing with the time it's was at 3 I said okay I have to go talk to my mom cuz we literally just got home working and I had a treatment in my hair so I told her give us 5 mins and we will be on our way ended the phone at... read more
