I’ve been going to Hannah at Sophia Lashes for a few years now, and I can’t recommend her enough. Her prices are affordable and her work is amazing. Whenever I’m in a pinch, she always manages to fit me in. Because she runs a home-based business, you can expect that the home is lived in and I actually love that. Walking in and smelling their authentic food cooking makes it feel warm and welcoming. Her family is so used to people coming and going, it feels like visiting friends. Horrible service!! -Hurt my friends eyelashes while doing them and she was also crying bc they hurt but they didnt care!!!! -Very rude and didnt even greet her or acknowledge her when walking in! -Booked the appointment and when she showed up they claimed there wasnt an appointment!!!! -was told we could etransfer but as soon as we went to pay they refused it!!! -Very gross and dirty in there should be cleaner -my friend sent her money over to them, as soon as she did that they then refused her etransfer and would refuse to ... read more

Asked for Hybrid, I got the same length mega volume eyelashes lol!! And she charged me extra. My eyes hurt the entire time they did my lashes. I am severely disappointed in it. It’s not my style and not what I asked for.

They are very rude set of workers, when you come in and say Hi to them no one acknowledges your greetings. They also don't care whether their client is satisfied or not. (Very poor customer service)Even when you tell them that the lash is not properly laid, one of them literally said there's nothing she can do about. They are mostly racists. I'm never going back here even if they fix lashes for $1. Not recommended for any one of colour cos they make racists comments.
