I left a voicemail message to the team advising that our gardening maintenance had been overgrown in front of the building where I reside and they were on top of it very quick.. the gardening crew was out cutting and trimming down the bushes within 48 hrs. Great job team. This resident is satisfied keep up the great work!
Rigo did a great job adjusting our guest bathroom door. The door started getting stuck, sometime you would have to dip your shoulder into the door to get it open which would cause a lot of noise. Thanks Rigo. Adrian did a great job with my towel bar request. Fast and efficient. Adrian has done several service request at my apartment and has always done a great job. Wears shoe covers, in and out quick and corrects the issue on the first visit unless he has to order a part.
I have had a great experience in the last 15months of staying here, whenever I fill in a maintenance request, it gets attended to in about 2-3hours and very professional
