I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with SoFi Sunnyvale’s management was bad enough that I feel people should know. The management team was consistently dismissive and unhelpful. Rather than taking ownership of issues, they repeatedly blamed “upper management,” which came across as an excuse instead of a solution. Communication around our security deposit was especially poor.
